THE 2013 MARTIN LUTHER KING ALL-CHILDREN'S BLOCKBUSTER TOUR

Join the MLK All-Childen's Choir's Historic Excursion To King's Dominion, Doswell, Virginia and Washington, D.C. and the National Martin Luther King Memorial Monument


We're going to have a great time ! Take the upcoming trip to Washington, D.C. with the Martin Luther King, Jr. All-Children's Choir on August 2,3 & 4, 2013. An excellent opportunity to bring along your kids and grands as well.

During the trip up to Washington we will stop and treat the young people to a day at King's Dominion & Water Park so pack your swim ware. Then the next day (Saturday, August 3rd) we will tour the United States Capitol Building, Smithsonian National Zoo, The Martin Luther King National Memorial and cap off the day experiencing a breathtaking Riverboat Dinner Cruise up and down the Potomac River to see all the sights in our Nation's Capital.

The following day (Sunday, August 4th) we will go to church and the MLK Children's Choir will perform during worship services at Mount Calvary AME Church in Towson, Maryland. Afterwards we head back to North Carolina and should arrive back in Raleigh-Durham by 6:00 pm Sunday evening. Complete Itinerary and Payment Schedule shown below.

Tour prices start at only $245 per person which includes luxury bus transportation, entrance to 6 historic sites and 2 nights hotel lodging, anD engraved souvenir tee shirt. Citizens from any State or location may take the tour. There will be room for 110 riders (2 buses). Those who confirm first will be guaranteed seats. One half deposit deadline is anytime before June 17, 2013. Full fare payment due by July 10, 2013.

Double Package, $495 per person (2 to a room)
Single Package, $595 per person (1 to a room)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please be advised to eliminate and/or avoid last minute confusion and to offer you more flexibility in planning, please know that the Tour Committee is pleased to announce that an official Cancellation Refund Policy has now been established. Cancellations made prior to the 45 day window will be deducted a $25 per person administrative fee.

- Deposits or full payments which are canceled 45 days prior
to the trip will be cheerfully refunded at 100%
- Deposits or full payments which are canceled 45-30 days prior
to the trip will be refunded at 50%
- Deposits or full payments which are canceled 15 days prior
to the trip will not be refunded.
